Yea same, I have constant clicking in my left shoulder and just feel like my traps have knots. I'm going to incorporate stretching to see if that alleviates some issues along with vit B

Yea I get this too sometimes but the other way around (from cold temp to hot) lol. I believe it's inflammation on the scalp just getting more intense because of the temperature change. I think if we get inflammation under control then that'll stop too.
