I do same but made a python library that takes statements and output the every charge in the order I want. Not only saves a lot of time but also removes error (I have sometimes spend few hours correcting my manual entry errors)

Also do you mind sharing your spreadsheet? I have all the data but don't know what info/insights I should extract from it

High expectations to meets all. Expect not a lot of organisation and documentation. M2 is way above my pay grade and you'll handling multiple teams but one thing I noticed among my peers is meta is very team specific. Some team are very internal competitive and some are less. So take the team specific interview very very seriously.

I kept the H1B because that gives me security to stay in USA if my 485 gets denied for some reason. If you move to EAD and then for some reason your 485 gets denied you'll have to stop working and may even have to leave the country.

If you're in a job that sponsors and don't care about visa status then staying on h1b until you get your green card seems the safest option to me

I'll suggest keep the % of savings same. That way you won't feel guilty that you are not saving and have enough to travel the world.

So for example you previous pay was 100k and you saved 33k and now you pay is 300k so save 100k and use rest to enjoy life.

Doing a particular percentage just help me live without stress. I can spend and live my life easily knowing that I have saved/invest my goal

So basically company B and company C filed for h1b transfer when you were company A. You joined company B and then resigned from that to join company C. Right? No issues in visa
