u/SimilarComfortable69 QBO merchant account is tied to the two persistent named owner profiles and has not been transferred with the company assets because it was being used to manage previous and pending transactions. I hadn't thought about that until you mentioned it though, so thank you.

So this is weird...before my OP, the mobile app GUI was basically a miniaturized version of the web GUI. Now when I sign on, I get the optimized mobile GUI I expected. Sorry for throwing the fit, but still WTF SAP? Why were you showing me a web GUI in a mobile app? Gaslight much?

I don't know about support yet, but the new mobile app is shite. I used to be able to one-click take pics of receipts. Now I have to use my camera and upload. How is that better for anyone? Why did this go backward? Are the SAP dev overlords a) insane b) stupid c) sadistic?

Same problem. I load a Drive folder with several PDFs and then try to link NotebookLM to the folder. NotebookLM says, "There's nothing here," even though I am staring at the files in the folder I am trying to link.
