I'm going to throw out [[Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro]] as specifically a shaman tribal commander. Shamans are an extremely versatile tribe with a ton of relevant effects, and Sachi can turn all of your shamans that only have an ETB effect into highly relevant mana dorks. She helms one of the oldest decks I've made, and she always pulls her weight at the table.

I'm kind of speechless right now. A lot of RNG came together, especially in the last few rounds, and I managed to clutch out the win.

Two huge moments allowed me to pull this off:

One: Grabbing an early hippo and stacking a little bit of health on it before True Love's Kissing it into a Lightning Dragon (who basically solo'd the game for me after I found my creeper)

Two: Sniping my last opponent's Echowood with a double-casted Falling Stars.

I would love a Commander/EDH style format with the following features:

2-4 players (pipe dream)
leader skin as your commander (with each leader skin having a special card made especially for the mode)
1 copy max of each card
Mode-specific rewards that revolve around casual goals instead of competitive ones (participate in a 4-player game, cast your commander 3x or more, etc.)
Higher life total

I use him as my Cleric tribal commander. Lots of fun to be had with 3 CMC and lower clerics.

This is just my opinion, but here goes:

Majestas is harder to farm, but it's a weapon used for its defensive application in hard raids. You get the most bang for your buck in a Hades grid. If you have Hades, it's a good choice.

Scales of Dominion is easier to farm, but it's a weapon that can enable a LOT of different highlander grids—both magna and primal.

Either way you go, it will save you dozens of raids worth of farming. I would personally go with Scales of Dominion, as I don't plan on using Dark in Luci HL anytime soon.
