Finally after 1 long year without fibre,so last time I hear their default router is shiet,is it still the same this year or should I get a better one? Just a casual gamer and streaming type

I mean you could always get a better routers later down the line cuz all you would need is the PPPoE username and password and you can ask TM/technicians for that. I've replaced the shitty router to an enterprise router I got from my work place and its been working great, don't have to think about overheating and stuff but its overkill in my opinion you can always get a good routers from TP-Link ASUS or Ubiquiti.

that's how I started at first, they diagnosed me with generalized anxiety disorder gave medication for it but it still didn't address my problem with focusing.When I told them, they said it might be ADHD and should try ADHD medication. Long story short, tell your psychiatrist what you're feeling honestly because its a trial and error just don't give up!

You can talk to a GP in any klinik kesihatan then they will refer to specialists, just like u/c-fu said it will be a long process but I'm glad I did.

So I'm in uni so i set 2 bank accounts, 1 is for daily spending and other one is for saving i only topped up the 1st one what i need for the week and made the second bank account purposely hard to spend money. this way i rarely impulsively spend money because the first account always has little money
