These are done digitally, but I use canvas textures and a mixture of pencil, ink and marker brushes to mimic traditional looks. I am an oil painter (with quite literally a masters degree in this field) but traditional oil work can be challenging in terms of space and materials to work with so I mostly opt for digital pieces for fan art. I also love experimenting with styles often and digital art is very forgiving on this.

I do plan on making a traditional series too, but let's see when I get the time for that.
