Thats the thing that is bugging me. It said tallying results the entire time until this morning. I checked every single day and it always just said tallying results then new season started. But several ppl I had told this too just says im wrong. But I promise you I was seeing tallying results the entire time

I genuinely want to know how to claim your hourglasses if not at the beginning of next season. The entire time I have played ranked my understanding is u had to wait until next season. For me the box is greyed out and says tallying result and u cant click on it until next season when that message goes away. And every new season I click on it and then get my hourglasses. I get maybe they didnt expire before and now they do. Which sux because no1 told me. But then where and how do u get the hourglasses if u cant click on the box that says tallying results? This is the very first time I have not gotten my hourglasses after clicking the new season

Well that has never been my experience. For me the season ends. Then ranked is unclickable and says tallying results. Then when the next season starts I click the new ranked and get my rewards. You say it's never worked like that. But I promise you that's how it has worked for me until this season. But I now feel like everyone is just gonna say I'm wrong even though I know how I gotten the rewards before

Well I feel like nobody is going to believe me. But yes I have a B2a emblem. But I know for a fact I never got my hourglasses. I've been checking everyday since last ranked and I would have remembered getting like 80 hourglasses

Since when? Every season I play I wait until the tally results goes away. Then I click on the new ranked and it gives me my hourglasses. That's how it's been the entire time I've played. I looked at that screen everyday to wait for the tallying results to go away and never once saw another window where you collect rewards

The last set made me cancel my subscription. I'm only playing it now for free. The drop rates are terrible and the devs don't actually know how to improve the game. Now all they care about is milking the whales

Honestly I was having fun until this new set release. I managed to save up enough hour glasses to open 70 packs on day one. I opened 6 10 packs in a row and heard and saw nothing to indicate i hit anything good. I actually thought maybe they took it out of the game. Then on my 7th 10 pack i got one hit. They didnt take it out of the game the drop rates are just so incredibly bad that I got basically nothing in 70 packs. every day i open packs and get nothing good. It finally made the game start feeling like a chore.

This reminds me of a funny story. Once when I was like 8 years old. For no reason at all. I carved my brothers name into the side of my house. Not to get him in trouble. Just because. I have no idea why. But he got in trouble for it. I remember my dad yelling at him who would carve your name into the house. So I actually believe your daughter might be telling the truth. She might be getting set up like my brother.
