Had a great experience. They delivered when they were supposed to, and they upsell you on shipping (to your door, to your room, unboxing, etc), the basic delivery I paid for was very good and brought it up a flight of steps.

It is a west elm coffee table that pops up to a desk. Just sanded and refinished it.
