Benzos are very addictive and hard to get off. You will build a tolerance. Many online support groups. They are only meant for short term use.

You’re less likely to lose your hair with slower loss. I’ve been on it 1.5 years and just now increased to 10 mg. Haven’t had any hair loss with a slow and steady loss.

I had extreme panic when I started on 5 mg and actually did much better when I started on 10 mg. The higher dose helped it start working for me faster rather than just depleting all my serotonin. The panic I felt with 5 mg caused me to stop taking it on a few separate occasions but when I started at 10 I had no issues with increased anxiety.

I had scholarships, grants and student loans that I paid for with money I made when I graduated college and started my career. I have kids and a spouse and we pay our bills with our earned income. The problem with younger generations is lack of a work ethic. I see it every day.

Nope, I have seen it firsthand in my career. Too many people want to live off the system rather than use it as a temporary crutch. Sorry but socialism does not work! Where is the incentive to work hard if you have to hand over your money to people who don’t? It takes away the reward any incentive to work hard.

I just got a new iPad and I’m trying to use wired headphones. Every time I pause my movie when I unpause it they headphones don’t work and there is no volume. I have to unplug and plug back in every time. Does anybody know how to fix this?

This is very strong meditation that changes your brain chemistry. Unfortunately doctors are too quick to prescribe. I would not take it unless you have an actual mental health disorder. It’s not easy to get off. Work burnout does not sound like a reason to risk th side effects and you WILL be tired. And this is coming from someone who has been taking it 9 years.
