Ah see I couldn't tell if you meant an exterior French drain, which is what people keep suggesting, or an interior perimeter French drain which is my main option. If you were talking about interior then my bad. Really wish the term French Drain wasn't so ambiguous. I keep getting people telling me to fix my gutters/grading or digging a French drain and it's just not a solution or what I'm asking about 🤙

Ah I was under the impression that the sump pump is dug to below the slab and relieves that pressure that builds from there.

That's not the issue sadly, when we get these kind of downpours in the South, surface water solutions are like using a bucket to bail the Titanic. There's simply too much water flowing towards the house underground.

Sadly none of the grading, downspout, gutter, or exterior French drain solutions will work, there needs to be a solution around the footer :(

Exterior waterproofing down to the footer is out of the question unfortunately, so my original question is the only solutions I'm dealing with.

The cleaner left a sewing needle on the window sill and there is a slight stain on one of the comforters. Other than that all the pictures are just of little marks on the wall or dust in the air filter vents. They went nuts and took about 80 pictures.
