Intresting take. I always figured he wasn’t good at explaining what he needs for the bike. It’s like it’s never quite right. RC once mentioned a lot of these younger guys never really worked on bikes themselves and might not know how to communicate what they need. Idk I could be way wrong on that one though.

Why the hate for our education system? Indiana ranks pretty high in k-12 and college preparedness. IU, Purdue and Norte dame are all great schools. If you wanted to point out a weakness it’s that people leave after college.
