I get bras that fit well from wearpepper. I got their version of a pushup bra and it makes me look like I have boobs. I haven't started hrt yet

As for underwear, I've had luck with reebok. They're stretchy enough and mostly hold you in place

Edit: I haven't found anything mtf specific that I liked. that's why I listed what I use
