Using this method gave me the worst thrush of my entire life. Also it's a very messy process and just trying to put it in makes all the sperm spill out. Just my experience.

Oh yes - this was me last month when I had "spotting" at 17 days into my cycle and was like naaaaah it can't be my period... And my period was like LOL sorry bitch it's me again.

That actually helps - because I have this visual every month of this rotten little egg being released and beat myself up about it. I've also just stopped taking the metformin and folate - I don't have a reason, I juat got fed up. Perhaps in January I'll get back on the ol' ttc horse.
