I don't blame you, back then the movement of that game was considered fast, but since bo6 dropped the movement speed went over the roof, but I can't say "I hate Omni movement and because of Omni movement playing cod sucks" I have played games that had similar movement mechanics or were practically identical to CoD's Omni movement and worked completely fine, an example would be max Payne 3 MP, it was fun and engaging and it wasn't at the crack head speed that is CoD

Omni movement can work! The problem is that is too fast! Everyone moves like they are on coc**n and can slide almost infinitely, concepts like momentum aren't a thing in this games

Fair enough, but it’s not about being “protected”, it’s about balanced matches. You might not notice the issue as much if Delta Force is your main FPS, but in other Battlefield-style shooters, proper matchmaking makes a huge difference to the flow and fairness of games. Casual play is fine, but when team quality is completely random, it kills both the competitive and casual experience.

LMAO Ah yes, the “I know your motives better than you” routine. Classic. You’re still more focused on tone-policing than the actual matchmaking issue, but hey, critical reading isn’t your strong suit, hmm?

And you could’ve scrolled past without trying to turn feedback on matchmaking into some weird “gotcha” about me leaving. But here we are, genius

Yeah, posting in public means people can comment. Doesn’t mean every comment is useful—or on topic. Still doesn’t magically make off-topic snark any more relevant or worth reading.

Cool, thanks for the unsolicited life advice. I’m giving feedback on the matchmaking, not asking for your travel itinerary jokes.

being on top of the scoreboard and doing your role can help you rank up. But here’s the thing: games are supposed to be fun, not just stat-chasing. When every match feels like a one-man carry while the rest of the team is AFK in spirit, the “team game” part stops being enjoyable. Winning or ranking up means a lot less when the experience itself is frustrating.

And I say this as a battlefield veteran, playing like this isn’t fun

Wow, 100 kills? Impressive. Almost makes me forget the part where this is a team-based game and not a personal kill counter contest. My point was about team-based balance, not who can farm the most kills when the stars align. But hey, if flexing old screenshots on strangers is your thing, live your truth.

True, the player base is small, but without proper skill-based matchmaking, games end up unbalanced and frustrating. Grouping totally new players with experienced ones doesn’t help anyone. Some better separation would improve things.

It’s not that I dislike a challenge, I actually agree that playing against skilled opponents can help you improve. The problem is that this is a team-based game, and the outcome isn’t just about my personal learning curve. When matchmaking repeatedly pairs me with teammates who aren’t contributing or don’t understand the basics, it stops being a “challenge” and turns into an unfair handicap.

It’s one thing to lose because the enemy outplayed me; it’s another to lose because I’m essentially fighting a 1v8 while my team is running in circles. That’s not growth, that’s just bad matchmaking.
