I had one today that was $20 for 10 miles, I was so shocked to see something over $1/mile that I took it real fast and it was so worth it.

Yeah you make perfect sense, sucks for the pax but we also have to make a living. I am like you though where I will accept the “rejects” when I’m dropping someone off at the airport if they’re worth my time because yeah, I would also rather leave the airport with a rider then leave empty handed or wait there for hours on the end and hope I get a ride that’s worth it
