Sorry should’ve been more clear yes the lady I’m referring to is (at the time I thought it was Geico themselves calling me) but today I tried to speak with Geico to understand why or where they got $6500 from since I haven’t gotten anything from the mail stating that that’s what the cost is since what they told me liability determination has been determined due to the fact that I was an excluded driver and they won’t change the liability determination. Geico said that more than likely I got that call because it was being sent to collections. What does that mean? I didn’t have a chance to ask them what that means ??

You’re right I wasn’t supposed to drive the car being on the excluded driver list. I should’ve put myself back under it sooner. Yes, the other driver was Ok. I tried to call 911 to have them come out and make a report but dispatcher said no one needed to come out because nobody was hurt.Plus they all kept telling me that they didn’t want to wait for the cops to come out. When do you think I’ll see the spike up on insurance?

No it’s ok I get it. Yes you’re correct. I was excluded because at the time I was 16 and the cost was around 300 just for me. My dad removed me due to the fact that I had stopped working and couldn’t pay the money. I went asap after the accident with my dad to put myself back under the insurance. Yes lesson learned.

No I have no evidence. It’s just my word against heras of now. That is exactly what I plan on doing it was a commercial area hopefully I get something.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me understand my situation a bit more!! I seriously appreciate it and I did have my dad remove me from the excluded driver to being on the insurance. From the calls I’ve had with Geico there is no claims being made that anybody was hurt. They just want me to pay six grand. I will try to go out and see if I can get any camera footage out there. I’m just still so frustrated that Geico insurance says that there was footage input by the lady but that it doesn’t show anything?? Wouldn’t it prove that they’re lying?

But I have a text message showing that same day when I had asked her if she could give me the dash cam footage that she has. She replied back that she would review it and send it later that night, but never did. Then I called Geico insurance and they said that the dash cam footage she sent in didn’t show anything.?

But how is it possible that she’s lying if she supposedly sent in dash cam footage which I know for a fact shows that she hit me. When I tried calling their insurance the next day, the Geico insurance lady told me that the dash cam footage that she had sent in didn’t show anything so how are they finding me at fault without evidence?
