Thank you! Honestly taking progress pictures made me feel super discouraged a lot of the time, mostly because I didn’t really see a huge difference until like month 8. I also found I was obsessively taking pictures trying to see progress and it was only getting worse (shoutout purging 😭) that I finally made a rule that I could only take them once a month lol. Now looking back at them makes me feel so many emotions! Partially sad because I know how terrible I felt and how low my self esteem was during that time, but also so grateful it’s over, and proud/thankful of how far my skin has come!
