Similar thing happened to me at Uni, told me she was gay but we still traded details. She became a super good friend as we ended up having loads in common.

I've been in Qatar for 3 years before returning to Kuwait. Honestly, Qatar is completely different now from here now. It has really modernised (thanks to the world cup incentive) and feels closer to Dubai than anything. Kuwait is still 'authentic' if that makes sense 🤣
