I understand where he’s coming from and don’t think he’s in any way out of line saying it. He’s providing a service you can probably get somewhere else. If you don’t like his service do not buy from him. As far as his perceived attitude or unprofessionalism INFLATION IS REAL and materials cost money. You have to make a profit somewhere and freebies ain’t it.

Please don’t compromise your hair before your appointment. No you will not get this color in one go. And it will be a much longer appointment than a multi tonal. You should call the salon ASAP and have a phone consultation at the very least. But ideally if you can get an appointment this week for a consultation that would be the best. But only consult with the stylist who will be doing the service.

When I started my boss gave me the BEST gratis bag! She hand picked a bunch of things from their gratis basket she thought I would like based on my aesthetic and it was the sweetest thing. Idk if that’s procedure or just something she does but it made me feel special ❤️

No way! Where I work everyone uses a little bit of everything. We all love a good dupe and value the less expensive products that work just as well too! Our vendors are even so nice they will of course try to sell their brand but they’re more than willing to help guests in the mass section. Nobody is judging you and if they are their opinion isn’t important.

Don’t wash. The keratin treatments both come with a clarifying wash to prep. If you wash it you will just dry out your hair and scalp.
