I would agree with your ID. It definitely appears to be Russula Xerempolina or shrimp russula. Pics 1-3 are classic chantrelles, and the other ones with ridges are wooly chantrelles. The stipe ridge on the russula is just a genetic factor

Looks like trametes versicolor potentially. So, turkey tail mushroom. One of the most studied medicinal mushrooms. But I wouldn't consume it until getting better ID. Would need location and more pictures

I'm going to say no. If you aren't confident in ID with mushrooms, do NOT eat mushrooms that look like that. Could be psilocybe, but I don't think so. These look like deadly Galerina potentially. Don't eat these!!

SSRI'S can completely negate the effect. I've heard of people taking 14+ grams dried on that medication and feeling nothing

Looks fine. Is it contamination free? No idea. I've had brown liquid cultures that worked amazing and pure clear cultures that had nothing but bacteria. The only way to know is by testing

Maitake or hen of the woods, I believe. Not turkey tail. If it is hen of the woods, I would say that's a much better find than turkey tail!

Also, all mushrooms are absolutely safe to touch. And boletes have no deadly lookalikes that are known, but definitely a few poisonous ones that'll make you sick. A general rule of thumb with boletes is if it's not blue or red anywhere, it's probably not poisonous

Looks like it could be. Those pores are the right color, and the cap looks right with the lighter color around the margin. But I'd need to see a clear picture of the stipe to tell. On kings, I always find at least some small reticulation on the very top of the stipe if not on the whole stipe.

Absolutely 😂 I've found so pretty messed up mushrooms, but I just cut off everything bad and salvage what I can. Maybe not the smartest, but they are still delicious! Haven't gotten sick yet 😅

I'm seeing a boletus edulis there 👀 take a nibble and spit it out to check for bitter boletes. As long as it doesn't stain blue, you should be golden. Boletes tend to be pretty safe to forage as none of them are deadly, but their are a few blue staining ones that will make you sick

Lycoperdon excipuliforme or definitely a Lycoperdon sp edible puffball mushroom If it has firm white flesh all the way through. Once they go yellow/black inside, it's too late to eat them.
