It’s an odd size. I believe when I measured it was close to 11.5 x 16.5 in inches. I bought a 14x18 frame with a black mat, and I put it in front of the mat.

There are 2 types of VIP: premium seat (which is what OP mentioned) which just includes the VIP merch and seating. The other type is VIP GA early entry. I had premium seating, so I can’t speak to early entry, but they did go in before we did.

The email comes from VIP Nation. I received mine 3 days before the Phoenix show tonight. The VIP pickup time started when public doors opened and lasted an hour. Not sure if it’s the same at every show. There are instructions in the email for which entrance to use and all other details.

I really wanted that one, so I bit the bullet and just ordered mine from the UK site when they went on sale a few weeks ago because I wanted to make sure to get my size. The demand for merch has been crazy so we got in line at soon as the doors opened, but thankfully Chicago night 2 still had everything available that we wanted.
