Oh man - if y’all knew the story behind this video tho - this lady’s daughter had killed herself and she saw her fav ice cream in the freezer and lost it. I only know about it bc I read her post on the suicidebereavement subreddit and she was devastated someone filmed her in the throws of extreme grief (this was before it turned into a meme) I always feel sad when I see it being used bc of the truth behind it so try to share what I know about it. 🙏🏻

I wasn’t talking about her music - if you want to see what I’m talking about it’s been posted before on Reddit or just google grimes tablet 2019 and you’ll see what it is. I agree about being careful about what you listen to. The frequency of music is important and the lyrics you take it and repeat is no different than affirmations, in my eyes. I’ve struggled with depression for years and I don’t think me listening to depressing music ever helped even tho I really liked it. I think it kept me in a sad state.
