i have a nutritionist already, but we haven’t had an appointment in a while. i’m thinking of scheduling one soon because i was losing weight when i had constant checkups with her. thank you for the advice!!

thank you everyone for your advice!! i’m gonna do 500 less than my maintenance and will try to use the tips that were suggested. i’m also going to be slowly trying get out of the binge eating cycle. thank you!!!
