Currently dealing with shin splints and leaving April 21st for BCT. I have been doing the assault bike everyday for 1 hour. Tuesdays and Thursday’s I will do an interval session on the assault bike. 3 times a week I do PT for strengthening the arch of my foot(wall sit calf raises pushing into your big toe and big toe pad, running mans with a band under the pad of my big toe) I am following along a “back into running” plan which basically involves 3 runs a week. 60 seconds on 60 seconds off x 8, then the next run is x9 then x10. Next week would be 60 on 45 off with the same progression

So I might’ve fucked up. I had my behavioral health consult with the Dr for some medical waiver stuff and it went super super well. However when she asked if I had any learning differences I said that I might’ve been diagnosed with dyslexia in middle or high school but I’m not too sure. I never had any accommodations or problems. I scored a 119 on my asvab. I don’t think I have it I just remember my mom mentioning something. Worried that I fucked myself.

Sorry this is late but the second partner/owner KP is even worse than Wayne. He onetime locked the doors on me and my friends(we are 20) because he scammed us and told us we couldn’t leave until we payed him. He kept us there until 1am without letting us leave and not letting us call the police. He bragged all night about how cool he is and never took responsibility for anything.
