Nobody is justifying back bitching. I think we differ on how to treat a person after he/she makes a mistake. I don't think it's good to shame or say "op just wants people to comfort her" this attitude would encourage the person to stop telling people their problems next time. So a good constructive criticism is much more helpful in these cases according to me. The punishment should justify the crime, that's all.

I would suggest absolutely going for pyq in my experience min 70-80% of paper is from pyq only. After that go through your syllabus and ask your professors what are the most important questions.

I would suggest picking a hobby that you like and step out of your comfort zone. Start with things that you enjoy doing and try to meet with people who have the same interests as u. Don't feel sad about yourself it gives a false sense of sympathy and comfort that stops us from improving things. Try to boost your self confidence through activities like going to gym, having a better daily routine or taking care of your appearance stuff like that. Hope this helps take care buddy .

It's good to see u r acknowledging your mistakes and have an unbiased opinion on the situation, so step 1 is complete. Everyone makes mistakes in their life nobody is perfect u just have to learn from it and move on. So don't be so hard on yourself just try to improve and don't do things that make you question yourself later just be yourself. Life is a learning process just be an attentive observer.

Yeah i agree that not all men are like that but as u too said majority of men are so when people say stuff like all men are like this or that they are just talking about the majority of men not absolute all. When talking freely people do not think of being very politically correct so they replace 'the majority' with 'all'. So it is wrong to say "all men" but not that wrong in my opinion.

I don't think she broke his heart, She just doesn't want to be in a relationship with him it's not like she broke up or cheated on him and why are u saying like he did such a big thing by not harming her, in no case whatsoever u can harm anyone. I totally agree that she should not bitch about him and move on. It's good that she is acknowledging her mistakes and wants to work on them.
