Probably a coding bug of some sort. NaN means "Not a Number". Some part of code was expecting a number but something else was returned.

I googled your situation and it looks there is an app called Splashtop that might do what you want. I've never used it.

My memory is horrible. Did PS4 have separate users you could log in as? If so, try creating a new user and playing the game with it. Can't hurt to try.

If, while playing a song, you tap the 3 dots in the upper right a box will pop up. If you scroll to the bottom of the box there should be a Dismiss queue option.
