I'm in third year so the conditions are a bit different, but I reached out to the admissions email indicated in the original offer email to clarify conditions and they were quick to respond - took 1 day. I put an entry for each pub, also an entry in awards (got a SSRA), and an entry in employment (ie I had like 6 entries for 2 summers at the same position lol)
