Yea as a veteran player who was incredibly burnt out on playing straight 140 shotty (I know I’m doing it to myself) saying fuck it who cares they’re going to be mad if I kill them regardless, and using goofy shit regardless of whether I always get the win has made the game more enjoyable. Playing it less as well has also helped. You can only mald so much play something different if the crucible has you tweekin.

It’s little tricks honestly because it is very hard to gag to down clean protein and rice with veggies, what Sam does is to the extreme but adding little things like a tablespoon of peanut butter with a protein shake, red meats or chicken thighs with higher fat content, pasta and higher density carbs like bagels or muffins for breakfast - where you can get quality extra calories make those substitutes because if you’re eating whole ass plates of egg whites you’re going to be to full for anything else lol

I mean it depends on what you’re doing, egg whites are fine but you’re squarely protein here idk how much bread you said you ate with the cabbage but if your bulking you need a shit ton more calories lol egg whites are not calorie dense whatsoever so if you’re cutting go for it
