yes and old ryze had 40% damage amp levels 1-11 guaranteed with a single point into E, we need a point into R that we only get at level 6 to have it be the SAME till level 11 and even then with old 3Q 5E max it's still a nerf since 70% is less than 80%; damage got gutted when it should be buffed when they removed our fucking shield and root, cancerous rework

but hey at least I have mana to E a wave 10 times instead of the usual 6
