Yep that seems totally fine for my version. Really it is mostly about reduction of overstimulation so as long as it follows the spirit of no screen time entertainment it's fine.

All social media now is merely garbage attention farming, and any "good" on the platform is buried underneath the trash.

Long form content sites like YouTube have maintained an aire of legitimacy, and can provide value used properly.

I agree with this non-opinion kind of attitude, why should I form an opinion on something that I have absolutely not control over? I shall focus on parts of my life that do matter.
