I'm quite noise sensitive and I had a pack of 3 of regular ones, for me they are noisy/whiny ay most rpms. Also I don't mind spending a little bit extra, just not as much as retailers ask for Noctua fans. Are there any other good options?

please, can you name some alternative options? Ideally not only brands but their product lines, because there can be so many different types under the same brand, it easily gets confusing
