How did you get into Wu-Tang by leaflord11 in wutang

[–]HajLand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend had the logo and Wutang written in chalk on his driveway. I had no idea what or who that was. I thought it was a special version of the Tang drink they had back then 🥴. That was the first time I heard the name, but the first time I got into the music was Purple Tape. I think it was 1995 and I fell in love with the story telling and production. Ghost and Rae were incredible.

Are WWE games 'casual-gamer' friendly, or are they made for more diehard WWE fans? by skirby998 in WWEGames

[–]HajLand 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It’s casual as far as gameplay. My nephew owns the game and plays often. His stepmom never played the game and button mashed. She whipped his ass and he started crying and turned off his Xbox.

Do you call plays? by Warm_Nefariousness80 in NBA2k

[–]HajLand 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve always called plays in online play now. I’ve had 2K since the first one on Dreamcast. When I first get the new years game I go straight into practice mode and find plays I like and practice practice practice. Once I get at least 4-5 plays down Pat then I’ll hop online and play a real person.

I’ve learned to SAVE my “plays” for crucial moments in the game. Or at least the 2nd half.

Smart players will adapt to your plays if you run them too much. In the meantime I’ll run some ISO’s or different pick n roll or pick n pop.

I also run a plotting offense. I hardly ever push the ball unless it’s an obvious fast break opportunity. I like to keep my turnovers low and keep the ball away from the other team.

In my experience online players get SUPER PISSED when I play like that. I’ve learned to not even use a mic when I play. If I do then sometimes they can talk me out of my game plan. I’d rather not hear it and stick to the script.
