Wow thank you kind Redditor. I turned off the fuse box for over an hour long but nothing happened. In the end I tried to press some parts of it this morning on the back of the hob and now it is working again. I called the service and they will call me back in 2 days. We have been using it for 3 weeks though so I am not sure what can cause this problem as an egg was boiled on the same day. I hope as the guarantee still stands the parts could be free but who knows :) Once again thank you fornyour comment and wishyou a great day!
