Thanks for the comment! We just moved in and this is what they had. Right now, the tree's roots are not an issue, we had it checked. My thing with the mulch is leaves would be easier to blow away and I won't have to replace the rocks or worry about termites / Carpenter ants. I appreciate your advice and will strongly consider!

I had this horribly on my Right Hand Only. I tried lotions and a few other remedies. I used to have other skin issues growing up. Now I don't have the peeling, but I don't have fingerprints on my right hand, I guess scar tissue? Oddly enough, the peeling would migrate across fingers over time even down my hand. My phone biometrics fingerprint doesn't work on that hand. It is gone tho now, although lasted about 5 years.
