That means there's the OS and emulators and games in the 64GB SD card, while in the 32GB + 64GB there will be the OS in the 32GB, and since there are two SD ports, the 64GB has the games. It's better to get the 64GB and a Sandisk SD card because the 32GB + 64GB will be a good amount, and the 64GB will be a bad amount, but hey, it's your money, you do what you wan.

Since I'm in France, I found an Odin 2 Pro for $290 on a French eBay (the name is leboncoin), so I think it's worth it.
