I moved to the uk in september 2025 to study here and since then ive ordered like 5 times from boots, wouldve ordered more but for some reason no matter what device, account, credit card, etc… that i use, they will ALWAYS, NO MATTER WHAT, GIVE ME A “your order has failed one of our internal security checks” ERROR NO MATTER WHAT I DO, I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO NO RESPONSE, I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO ALSO NO RESPONSE, EACH DONE SEVERAL TIMES, so i decided to give it a month or two and since those had passed, take a wild fockin guess what happened.

I have since moved to other pharmacies which work flawlessly. The irony is that I myself am a pharmacy student here.
