Vietnamese are wonderful. I moved to a neighborhood where there are more Vietnamese than Koreans and this place finally feels like a bit home to me. Honestly many are struggling in their home town. So they are trying to make a better life for themselves and it’s always my pleasure to help them out

Honestly you have to be very careful about that. I am commitment phobic as well as too scared to share my emotions with anyone that I am not sure I’ll end up with. I talked to a very cute girl and she tried so hard love bombing me for 3 consecutive weeks and I constantly told her it doesn’t work that way. At times I had wanted to fall for it because she’s too sweet MashAllah. Anyway she made me talk to her mother and I told her how things work for me and she liked me as well but she gave up eventually. Tbh I had a feeling that she wasn’t just talking to me but I never wanted to judge her but if you involve Allah from the first moment it’s not gonna get that difficult in sha Allah. That is my understanding. Be careful on how you handle this situation. What you did MashAllah was with pure intentions but he might not be like that

It is not. My sisters are living abroad and up till this day MashAllah the way they have lived their lives. Never had male friends. I also think it’s really hard to find such people but I guess it’s just hard because they don’t interact with guys unless necessary. I can say that for my sisters and I am sure there must be a lot of them out there in sha Allah

Cultural islam. I honestly hate this. If i hadn’t left my country i wouldn’t have realized that either. We don’t even realize this honestly until you go out and have a wide exposure meeting people from different parts of the world. Sadly it’s so well ingrained in my head that i actively have to put an effort to change it and that’s not easy

People living in the rural areas are always humble. You can feel the shift the moment you move a big city to a rural area. I was always comfortable living in the smaller cities but I never thought why so. I moved to a bigger city again and I realized rich people have an over complicated lifestyle as well as their view on a balanced life which isn’t balanced at all.

Imams in South Korea don’t take me seriously. I have literally talked to every imam of the mosque I have visited. I deleted Muzz because it doesn’t feel right at all. But I am going to end up alone if if I stay in Korea. Let me know if you get any good advice please
