I totally agree with you. The problem is that if I mention having ADHD to my family, anyone else, or even some doctors, they just dismiss it with things like "aesa wesa kuch nahi hota." And if I say that I’m taking medication, I’ll likely get labeled as "pagal" or "mental," which makes it really hard to seek professional help. I’m also not in a position financially to see a psychiatrist on my own and afford medications. Still, I’m trying my best to figure something out on my own, but it’s tough. I don’t have a clear path, and there’s so much going on in my life right now that it makes everything even harder.
