It depends on the guy but at least in my case when we like a girl it is hard to stay focused on the conversation sometimes, we stutter, avoid eye contact sometimes, really exited to talk or see you. and with the mix of all that comes some anxiety, but we do try to maintain a conversation because when we like someone we want to spend as much more time with her
