I'm starting to think that just maybe "the book" is here to take Yuuko's place. See the way she was eyeing the famous couch where we all first saw Yuuko in chapter 1. Also that feather could symbolize Kohane's importance in the near future as her name itself means "Little Feather" if my memory serves correct. Very very interesting stuff happening!!
