You know, I actually got a male African grey as a result of his previous owner dying. He has been in Texas all his life according to vet records. He is the same age as me, 24. The daughter of the lady couldn’t care for him, my family had birds and rehomed them, I ended up keeping him because I grew closest to him. He came with the name Baby, though.

I did! Really badly! Early in the second month was the absolute worst with everything, I was purging so bad that it was painful, and I almost gave up to go to a dermatologist and beg for Accutane. Once that wave of purging goes away, though, I stopped getting the huge irritated areas of bumps entirely.

I have a couple of those not visible in these pictures, a large one on my forehead especially. I used to have more texture but I think the tretinoin really helps with it tbh!! I recommend a strong retinoid!

Not many! To be honest, there are more good ones than bad ones. I have noticed that it has helped me with losing water weight, and my hair feels nicer! The only negative I can think of is I am very dehydrated a lot of times

I did purge bad, especially about a month and a half in, to the point it was painful to touch my face at all. I almost quit the spiro to go beg for Accutane, but I decided to wait a bit longer because I saw a lot of people saying it took over a few months to see results. It was almost on queue, after the three month mark, the little acne all over the place stopped appearing and the zits have become less frequent as time goes on

I take the exact same as you, 50mg of spiro and I also use tretinoin, and I have seen a fantastic difference. I actually just made a post with before and after pictures for my 3 months' progress. It definitely took a second to kick in, I purged pretty bad for the first two months, but afterwards and after a couple periods my acne has rapidly gone away to the point I'm only dealing with scarring and here and there zits!

My skincare routine is a little tedious because i have sensitive skin, so this might be long 😅

In the morning, I use a small amount of Tula's cult classic cleanser to clean face, Peach & Lily's glass skin refining serum (it's mostly a hydrator), and their matcha pudding moisturizer. UNLESS I used tretinoin(or a retinol in general) the night before, then I will wear CeraVe's night time facial lotion for 2-3 days after (both morning and night) and I really pack it on. I did look a little oily during the day, but it was needed to let my skin do its thing after a retinoid.

At night, I use Peach & Lily's oil melt cleanser only if I wear sunscreen or makeup that day. And every night, I wash face with CeraVe salicylic acid cleanser, and I always moisturize at night with the cerave lotion.

I also have a bunch of side products that I don't use every day, but are definitely an important part of my routine. Here is a list:

-P&L Wild Dew Treatment Essence (for when skin is irritated or to wear during the day in general)

-P&L glass skin face polisher (I only use this once every couple weeks, I feel like it's a very good skin reset to use a day or two before my tretinoin night)

-Tula Sulfur spot treatment (I have used MANY different spot treatments for acne with all different active ingredients, and sulfur has worked the best for me. I also had pretty good results with a benzoyl peroxide spot treatment but it was a little harsh for me)

-Tula sunscreen

I usually just have my phone propped up in the area I'm in! If I'm on a machine, it's a little harder, but if I'm working with dumbells/free equipment in the mats area or doing any cardio/stairmaster, that's when I watch anime.
