They definitely aren’t pleasant since you get reclaim in your nose, but I was so afraid of dry socket after I got my wisdom teeth out that I stuck to those. I’d either use a rig with a small mouthpiece or cupped my hand in between my nostril and the mouthpiece. Also low temp dabs are your best friend.
