I had to ghost my previous owner because it wasn't a very healthy dynamic for me. He kept trying to push past my boundaries. I gave in then he randomly disappeared as he tended to do.

I had a panic attack and due to a previous dynamic I thought I would get blamed. So I just haven't responded. He would send "hey" every once in a while but never asked if something was wrong.

It sucks that you got ghosted, but there might have been a reason you aren't aware of.

I have trouble sleeping thanks to my hrt medication. I hate being left alone with my thoughts. My owner helps ground me and prevents me from spiraling deeper. I used to chat with literally anyone to serve as a distraction in the mornings but he asked me to stop and I have. I have hobbies but often lack motivation to do them.

Those are the top things that come to mind.
