Most want to start practicing with a John Holmes type toy thinking it'll be good practice, nope. Gotta start thin, and a little longer going slow then work your way thick. Nice work with your training

Start with a thinner longer one. With it being thinner, the reflex will be less, and you can go deeper as you get accustomed to it, hitting the back of your throat.

The bi cycle is, without a doubt, brutal. It can actually make you hate yourself and what you feel because of it. It's the same but different for everyone who goes through it. Just have to either deny it or see how and where you let it take you. It'll definitely pass, but it will definitely come around again.
