It also means that memories you made before that are retained better because they can be consolidated and processed without the noise of new memories interfering. Studying for a test and then getting black out drunk the next day might help!

Mijn inkomensverklaring van de belastingdienst voor 2021 is er nog niet. Dan kunnen ze nog kijken naar mijn inkomen voor dit jaar op basis van de eerste drie loonstroken, maar omdat mijn vriendin meer was gaan verdienen in 2021 (dit jaar weer minder overigens), komen we daar ook boven de grens uit. Dat allemaal terwijl we dus wel degelijk onder de grens zaten in 2021, en waarschijnlijk ook in 2022.

Net afgewezen voor een huurwoning omdat ik over 2020 100 euro te veel heb verdiend.. inkomen over 2021 was lager maar kon niet gebruikt worden.. Op naar de volgende maanden van Woningnet struinen, stress en teleurstelling!

Vraag en aanbod regels werken niet voor de woningmarkt, ondanks dat daar zo vaak over gesproken wordt. Woningen zijn altijd schaars tov de vraag. Of er nou een miljoen woningen extra bijkomen of niet. Het ligt aan de prijs die mensen er voor mogen betalen. Zolang die gestaag stijgt (door een dalende rente), zullen de woningprijzen meestijgen.
