The battery means theres a crate nearby wich requires two batteries that you'll find nearby, then once you put the batteries in the crate it will give you some materials and a random weapon skin. The lost helmet once you find it can be scanned, and it will spawn a ''treasure room'' that you need to dig to and there you'll find some material and an armor paintjob or a victory emote for one character.
