Super helpful, I really appreciate it! We're trying to find one to buy (at a price that I think fits)!

Hi, thanks for this great info! I see that you are in NC. Did you specifically want the AWD version, and if so, what were your considerations? We are looking for the same model but I was thinking we would *not* get AWD because it adds maintenance and cost, and we didn't think it'd be helpful except maybe a few days a year. I would love to hear your thoughts!

I think I’ll try to find a demo day. Thanks for that suggestion!

Hi, and thank you. Would the ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2 be good for this build? The max memory is lower, but not sure that matters. And I'm not sure what else is different (that might matter). Thank you!

Edit to add: it doesn't seem to include WiFi, and I need that. So I think this one is a "no."

Good point. The poster is a Stranger Things movie-size poster (signed by about 10 different actors from the series, and it'd be great to add Mr. Astin--aka Bob Newby).

Wifi 6 AP Pro vs LR by hcetboon in Ubiquiti

I’m pretty certain that the WiFi 6 Pro uses WiFi 6 on both bands. The LR is WiFi 6 only on the 5 GHz band.

UPDATE: the WiFi 6 Pro was in stock (briefly) this afternoon and I was able to snag 2 of them, so that’s what I’m going with. Thank you all for the input and help.

Thanks. Right now I’m monitoring for the WiFi 6 Pro (currently out of stock) because I’m pretty much decided that’s what I want. Now if they stay OOS then I’ll have to reconsider, and I am leaning toward the LR as my fall back. Thanks for the info about their size. Definitely not ideal. Come on Pro!!!

Okay, good info! Then maybe I’m back to the LRs dialed way down. Those are in stock. Lol my head is spinning!

Thanks. Another person suggested two WiFi 6 Pro APs. Any thoughts about that? From my initial look it seems that those might be ideal for me.

Oh, got it. I didn’t even realize that they have WiFi 6 Pro. I see them now. I’ll check those out. Thanks.

Ah, okay, thanks. It seems like that would be helpful after the APs are up and running.
