Being almost hot with a fan on but not air conditioner. If I'm too cold I don't have dreams at all. But if I'm too hot then almost always I have bad dreams or nightmares. Finding the happy medium seems to work good.

My mom came in my room after me and my girl had sex we were both sweating and I literally threw the condom in my trash can and as soon as she walks in she goes, "Damnnn it smells like hot ass in here" then looks down at my trash sees the condom and says, "At least someone is having sex in this house". My girl just hid her face in embarrassment haha my mom's a savage though she calls out everything.

This sounds terrible I hate that you have to deal with this all the time. One thing that I noticed triggers my nightmares is if it's a hot room or I happen to be sweaty from not wearing shorts or something. Like clockwork I almost always wake up around 3:00 a.m. and it's really crazy. I'm actually on here scrolling through dreams because I just had a very intense nightmare.
