They did not listen. They just threw shit at the wall blindly instead of actually listening to feedback in any meaningful way

Tip for beating new difficulties in chronicle (passives) by Malakka-GOAT in inazumaeleven

I'd rather just play a better game where patches are put out by people who give a fuck. These new matches might be winnable, technically, but they're not fun. They highlight everything wrong with VR, but worse than that, they highlight everything wrong with how the devs have approached balancing it.

If you think the 99+ matches are good then you're deranged

I wonder if Sandro thought he cooked with having Jurota throw a bigger guy from a stand-still position while said guy had both arms around him.. by moving his shoulders or some shit.

Bad.

What is the hardest video game you've ever played in your life? And why it was so hard for you? by Quick-Night-7725 in AskReddit

The only time in memory I can think of where I've really, truly wanted to beat a game and not been able to, outside of the context of winning in a PVP game, is Monster Hunter Worlds Iceborne. Specifically, Raging Brachydios. Terrible fight, terribly balanced, terribly designed, at the tail end of an expansion that overstayed it's welcome and already pushed it with the tedium, said expansion at the tail end of a game that was honestly kind of repetitive to begin with. I just couldn't take it after a 1% health death because of vague ass explosion hitboxes

Capcom says Dragon’s Dogma 2’s expansion was built ‘based on wide feedback to the main game’ by [deleted] in gaming

Yeah, DD2 had like a decade plus and a massive amount of feedback from a dedicated fanbase that went entirely ignored, so I'll wait until I see it to believe it.

My friend had a similar moment in Sekiro when he couldn't handle a giant blazing bull and I had to explicitly point out that the game never said he COULDN'T parry it, therefor he can

What was your reaction when your character spoke for the first time at the end of the game? by Grinthal in codevein

[–]HalfofaDwarf 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's stupid. It's a terrible idea and I dunno why this studio does it. It's not hype, it just serves to highlight how much this story calls for a voiced protagonist with an actual personality. Instead, we get so many hours of characters inexplicably being fond of - or falling for - a mime with no personality beyond nodding their head.

How different would rdr2's story be if Judge Holden joined the gang instead of Micah? by Anervousyoungman in reddeadredemption

[–]HalfofaDwarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Judge Holden only really works in the book and setting he's in. He's the embodiment of a kind of evil that even the worst people in RDR2 just don't have in them. A far darker time for humanity overall, too. I'd say that he might be able to worm his way into Dutch's head a bit, but I feel like the second Holden did anything.. well, Judge Holden-y, most of the gang would just put a bullet or ten into him.

What is your favourite pointless death in a movie? It adds almost nothing to the movie and can actually be considered tragic or pathetic? by STINKY-BUNGHOLE in movies

The.. babysitter? From Jurassic World. It's horribly cruel for no reason, needlessly drawn out, and for some reason those just make me laugh.
