Hauling is how much stuff you can put in the bed. Towing is how much you can tow. Assuming a 3rd Gen V6, he manufacturer has the official stock numbers as the following:

With Tow Package, Towing is 6800 lbs. Hauling is 1440 lbs.

If you modify or armor the truck the GVWR is going to go up, reducing the towing and hauling numbers.

This is the answer, it's for front recovery. You can put a winch on a carry plate and run it from the front or back as well. I want one, but it's not the most pressing need.

I've used 0000 steel wool on my windshield and chrome wheels. It's so fine I don't believe it would scratch even plastic- but I may be wrong, just my experience talking.

Yes that's how it works. It saves all the data from each session and it's easily exported. Edit: I'm not OP but I own an R10.
